How do I know I'm getting a fair price?
Every estimate shows itemized labor hours and parts pricing. Our techs are on salary, not commission, so there's no incentive to up-sell. We also publish menu prices for common services on the Services page — and we'll match any written estimate from a competing licensed shop.
What does "lifetime labor warranty" actually cover?
If a repair we performed fails because of our workmanship — for as long as you own the vehicle — bring it to any of our five locations. We redo the job at no charge. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 24 months / 24,000 miles, longer on premium parts).
Will my dealer warranty stay valid?
Yes. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act says you can have routine maintenance done at any qualified shop without voiding your factory warranty. We use OEM-spec fluids and parts and document every service, so your records are dealer-complete.
Can I get a loaner car?
If your repair takes longer than 4 hours, yes — at no charge. We have a fleet of clean Camrys and RAV4s at every location. Just bring your insurance card and a valid license. The free shuttle option is unconditional inside a 12-mile radius.
Do you work on hybrids and EVs?
Yes. All five shops are high-voltage certified and have at least one EV/hybrid-specialist tech. We service Tesla, Toyota/Lexus hybrids, Prius, RAV4 Prime, Bolt, Mach-E, Ioniq, and most plug-ins. Battery service is referred to manufacturer where required.
Do you have weekend hours?
All locations are open Saturdays 8a–4p. Closed Sundays. Drop-key after-hours boxes are available at every shop if you'd like to leave the car overnight.
